Q: How much core is inside a pencil?

A: There is over 3 inches of total usable core inside all of lines* of Twig Pencils™...an industry leader.  There is 7 inches of core inside the Dictionary Pencil™.

Q: What is the inner core of the pencils?

A: The inner core is a non-toxic mixture of clay and wax with pigment added. The graphite pencil contains no lead.  

Q: Is the inner core safe for children?

A: Yes, the inner core meets Pencil Makers Association safety regulation and are non-toxic and safe for children to use.

Q: Where are the pencils made?

A: All of the harvested resources for pencils are found and made in California, USA. 

Q: How do you sharpen the pencils?

A: All of our lines of pencils can be sharpened using a hand-held manual pencil sharpener  or safely whittle with a knife.

Q: Do you cut down any trees to make the pencils?

A: No trees are cut down to make our pencils. Recycled 100% cotton cloth & vintage papers are used to make The Paper Pencil Collection™.

Q: Do you do custom orders?

A: Yes, custom orders are accepted. 

Q: I have a shop. May I purchase wholesale?

A: No. our twig pencils are only sold in our shop and on our websites.

A: Yes, a secure payment may be made with any major credit card directly on our website. 

Q: Do you ship Internationally?

A: Yes, shipments are made worldwide by USPS First Class International or Priority Mail.
